Students now have a dedicated phone line for technolgy issues related to their student devices. Students or parents should call 225-391-7090 if technology issues arise.
Students and teachers will be required to enter their own technology work orders during the 2020-2021 school year. To do so, visit https://kbox.apsb.org/ and login with your current device username and password. If you are unsure of your username or password, please contcat the SysOp at your school. (This is USUALLY the librarian.)
After logging in, you will click on the box that reads, “Have a problem? Report it.”
Students will then select the queue labeled “1. Student – Ascension IT Work Orders.”
Staff will select the queue labeled, “2. Employee – Ascension IT Work Orders.”
Enter all required information. The work order will be routed to the tech assigned to the school you enter. You must enter a valid phone number so that the tech can call to help you out or schedule a time to work on the device onsite.
